01. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Marathi Design. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to making it right. Please review our eligibility criteria below.

02. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement request may be considered if:

  • The item arrived damaged or visibly defective.
  • You received the wrong product compared to your order.
  • You contact us within 3–7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, to qualify for a resolution.

03. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless received damaged).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

04. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email marathidesign@gmail.com with your Order ID and issue description.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.
  3. Wait for our team to verify the defect and provide the return address or pickup instructions.

05. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

06. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the "Dispatched" state, it cannot be cancelled. For custom orders, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
