How do I place an order?
Ready products can be ordered through cart and secure PhonePe checkout. For a customised product, request a WhatsApp preview first; payment is requested after you confirm the final preview and order details.
Can I customise a product and see a preview before production?
Yes. You can ask for a custom name, size, material, colour or design. For customised orders, Marathi Design shares a final preview and details on WhatsApp. Production starts only after your WhatsApp confirmation.
Can the final price or delivery time change for a customised order?
Yes. A change in size, material, finish, quantity or design can change the final price and delivery timeline. The team confirms these details with you on WhatsApp before payment and production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through PhonePe, including the UPI, card and net-banking options supported by PhonePe.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within a few working days. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; delays can occur during holidays or due to logistics issues beyond our control.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges because products are customised for each customer. Please check all details before confirming your order.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter the coupon code on the checkout page in the “Discount code” box and click “Apply”. The discount will be applied to eligible items before you complete payment.
I made a payment but didn’t get confirmation. What should I do?
If the amount is debited but you didn’t receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, please retry tracking after some time and check your email/WhatsApp for confirmation.
