01. Service Areas
We currently ship to most locations within India through our verified courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, an error will appear at checkout, or our support team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
02. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation. Please note that customized or made‑to‑order products may require additional time for production.
03. Estimated Delivery
In most cases, orders are delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch. These timelines are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, regional restrictions, or courier-specific delays.
04. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions; eligibility for such offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout pages.
05. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, your status will be updated with a tracking link or AWB number. Notifications will be sent via email or SMS based on the details provided during checkout.
06. Accuracy of Information
Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional re‑shipping charges will be applicable.
07. Damaged Shipments
If a package appears tampered with, please take photos before opening and, if possible, refuse the delivery. Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographic evidence so we can initiate an investigation.
