We offer refund or exchange within the first 5 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
01. Eligibility for return or exchange
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
02. Damaged or defective items
Only items found defective or damaged may be replaced, based on a return or exchange request and verification by Marathi Design.
03. Exempt products
Certain categories of products or items may be exempt from return or refund. Any exemption will be identified at the time of purchase.
04. Inspection and decision
After an accepted return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt. If approved after quality check, the request will be processed according to this policy.
