01. No Return, No Exchange
We do not accept any return orders and we do not offer exchanges.
Every product is customized and made specially for the customer as per the selected design, size, name, text, color, material, and order requirement. Because the product is made for you, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold after production.
02. Customized Product Confirmation
Please check all order details carefully before confirming your order. This includes spelling, name, address, size, color, design, material, and any custom text shared for production.
03. Cancellation
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need any correction, contact us immediately after placing the order. Changes are possible only before production starts.
04. Damaged Shipment Support
If the package is visibly damaged during delivery, please record clear photos or a video before opening it and contact us with your order details. We will review the issue and guide you with the next step based on courier evidence.
