These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Marathi Design website and services (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
03. Orders and Payments
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices shown, including applicable taxes.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You agree that we may share necessary order and contact details with our payment provider to complete the transaction.
04. Pricing, Offers and Discounts
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes as indicated at checkout.
- We may change prices or promotions at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
- Discount codes are subject to individual terms such as expiry and usage limits. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a code is misused.
05. Shipping and Delivery
We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within estimated timeframes, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control do not make us liable for consequential loss.
06. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Our return policy is part of these Terms. Because our products are customized or personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once production starts, an order cannot be cancelled.
07. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, graphics, text, and images, is owned by Marathi Design or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
08. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site, servers, or security features.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
