02. Acceptance of terms

Your use of the Platform, services and tools is governed by these Terms of Use and applicable policies incorporated by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you are subject to the policies applicable to that transaction. By using the Platform, you enter into binding obligations with the Platform Owner.

Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to all Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

03. Changes to terms

These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. Any terms proposed by you that are additional to or conflict with these Terms are expressly rejected and have no force or effect.

04. User information and use

To access and use services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration, and you are responsible for all acts done through your registered account.

You agree to pay charges associated with availing services and not to use the Platform or services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms or applicable Indian or local law.

Neither we nor third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information and materials offered through the Platform for any purpose. You acknowledge that the information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of services and the Platform is solely at your own risk and discretion. You must independently assess and ensure that services meet your requirements.

06. Intellectual property and prohibited use

Platform and service contents are proprietary to or licensed to us, including design, layout, look and graphics. You have no authority to claim intellectual property rights, title or interest in these contents. Unauthorised use may lead to action under applicable law.

07. Third-party links and transactions

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. On accessing them, you are governed by their terms of use, privacy policy and other policies. Links are provided for convenience and further information.

Upon initiating a transaction for services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those services.

08. Indemnity and force majeure

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates, group companies, officers, directors, agents and employees from claims, demands, actions, reasonable attorney fees or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, other policies, law, regulations or third-party rights.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform an obligation where performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

09. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Akola, Maharashtra.
